After a heavy storm the Mara was running fast. I photographed these two Zebras sliding down almost a vertical drop. They stood there for a while terrified of the crossing. They slowly plucked courage and went in. Immediately the river took them down stream, panic set in and one of them turned back, but he had nowhere to go. The four Images tell the story.
